What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the stunning, panoramic views from the hilltop, highlighting the historic church and beacon as must-see landmarks. The nature reserve offers beautiful meadows and a pleasant coastal path, though the steep climb can be challenging. Some mention parking can be difficult, and the area is generally peaceful.
"Parking was a little harder this time, but one always comes up. Parking on Beach is allowed for a small price. It's a very steep walk uphill to the church, no path, just grass. Remember to walk to watch Tower just over the hill and back down to cycle path. Follow path around again to walk parallel to the harbour across the fields and onto the beach. Lovely views of Brean down, walk right round across the sand to go to WSM if you wish"
Marc Lynn
"Excellent views from the top over the Bristol Channel, Weston Super Mare, Brean Sands and even Wales on a clear day. Lovely old church and beacon on the site of a windmill. Worth the steep walk for the views."
