"Open n close - 9:30-4 pm everyday
They don’t allow anyone to enter after 3:30 pm

It has multiple entrance, cycling is allowed
Its a very good place to go for run
Fishing place are really amazing

It is one of those places that makes you forget you’re still in London. It’s calm, open, and full of wildlife the perfect spot for a quiet walk, a bit of birdwatching or just to clear your head. The paths are well kept, and there’s a nice mix of open water, reeds, and woodland areas. The depth of water is something to be careful of

The visitor centre café is lovely too great coffee and pastries and it’s inside a beautifully restored industrial building that gives the whole place a bit of character. If you’re into photography, you’ll find plenty of inspiration here, especially around sunset when the light hits the reservoirs.

It’s free to enter (which is amazing) but it still feels well looked after. Just remember it’s more of a nature reserve than a park, so it’s about quiet enjoyment rather than picnics or ball games.

All in all, a hidden gem in East London peaceful, beautiful and worth a visit in every season. Tottenham hale station and Blackhorse station are near by stations ."

"Revisiting Walthamstow Wetlands today was a refreshing escape from London’s dense urban pace into a calm landscape of water and birdsong, occasionally broken by the passing trains. I walked both sides of the wetlands toward Lockwood Reservoir and back across the other paths, taking in the wide views and quiet corners. The autumn colors were vivid, though strong winds at times broke the still reflections on the water. It was encouraging to see how the area continues to evolve, an amazing example of ecological transformation within the city."

Nidal Majdalani - Travelling Lebanon

"I originally went there as a volunteer to help clear the pathways and have been back since to enjoy the wildlife and serenity. The staff are all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Really worth going there to get away from the noise."
