"We had our wedding at Platform Restaurant on Saturday and it was the most incredible day! The venue itself is so unique and special, all of our guests (and even our photographer) were blown away, and we received so many compliments about how amazing it was.
From start to finish, the staff were outstanding. Claire in particular was an absolute star, she helped us through the whole planning process, was quick to respond to any questions, and was just so lovely to work with. She even helped us create a bespoke menu based on the food we love, happily adapting dishes for dietary requirements. Guests told us in advance it was the best wedding menu they’d ever seen, and on the day the food was DELICIOUS.
The day itself ran so smoothly thanks to the staff, who were on the ball the whole time. Everyone had such a fantastic day!

"Spent our last night of holiday here and it was a great choice.
The carriages are beautifully decorated in nostalgic pieces of furniture and prints.
The wine list has lots of options for both the food and the wallet.
We started with marinated olives which were divine.
We skipped starters and went big on steak surf and turf. Three langoustines in a seashell and a beautifully cooked steak with Cafe de Paris butter and fries to die for.
My companion had the catch of the day, a whole sole (less head and skin).
Followed this with cheesecake and a slab of sticky toffee pudding which was huge.
Service attentive, quite formal but friendly and informative.
