What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise The City Ground for its incredible atmosphere, the close proximity to the pitch, and its prime location by the River Trent. The stadium tours are highly recommended for their insightful content and knowledgeable guides. However, some reviews suggest that the facilities and entrance areas could benefit from modernization to match the venue's otherwise excellent character and vibe.
"Did the tour of the city ground which was an excellent tour led by a knowledgeable tour guide. We met in the club shop where there is parking if you go through the security gates. We were shown the media suite, home and away dressing rooms, the old vault, the posh seats and the dugouts. We also had a walk round the pitch and saw the stadium from all sides before finishing in the museum. As a non Forrest fan, it was interesting to learn about the clubs history from the fan design the badge to you giving Arsenal their home colours. Great stadium, hopefully you get the chance to expand it soon"

"Great Atmosphere with Room for Improvement
City Ground in Nottingham is a wonderful place to visit. The beautiful surroundings by the river create a scenic and relaxing backdrop for a match day. The atmosphere inside the stadium is lively and welcoming, making it a great experience for fans. However, the entrance and overall facilities could use some upgrades to match the quality of the location and vibe. With a few improvements, this could easily be a five-star venue."
