"Large sandy beach ideal for a walk, being dog friendly all year round. The Pulhamite cliffs heading towards Ramsgate are very striking and reminiscent of the sandstone cliffs at Hastings. Heading towards Broadstairs they transition to the natural chalk cliffs.
There's a paved promenade running along the base of the cliffs. The north-south orientation means this is best used earlier in the day, as it loses the sun in the afternoon.
One of the concrete shelters was painted with local points of interest, though the others looked disreputable at the time of my visit in early 2024."
