"Great place with wonderful hertiage. Attended on an open day so had the opportunity to see the dove houses and the amazing internal structure."

"This falls under a more quirky National Trust compared to a stately house or formal garden. We really loved it. There were guides when we went who were welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Great information boards and horseshoe collection in the stables. Great there were actual horses in the next field over. 🐎 Lots of parking. 🚘 Dovecote had great atmosphere. It's not open many times per year so check app before visiting. Would recommend a visit."

"I went for a wonderful walk starting at the Dovecote car park. Beautiful scenery, lakes, forest and discovered the amazing Riverside bar called Danish Camp. Ill be doing this walk again in the future."
