"Really big nature reserve with lots of entrances, it is possible to get here by car and public transport but catching the bus as it is right opposite the black country new road. Once inside the reserve it's very secure, you wouldn't know how central you are. You can see Dudley castle from high up. Lots of open spaces for picnics, not a lot of bins so make sure to bring an extra bag for your rubbish. A decent amount of benches, some nice walking trails and some more rural trails that may be difficult to navigate if you have limited mobility. Lots of statues around and lots of fossils to find."

"Fascinating. I've lived close to this amazing place all my life, I'm in my 60's and had never visited it! We found it really interesting. As well as finding fossils we had a great walk there too. ALSO on the walk a Green and a Greater Spotted woodpecker along with a Jay seen. Also several Orange-tip, Speckled wood and Peacock butterflies. Super day."
