"A lovely calming place to walk. You get to the weir by taking a left hand turn and go up the path just after you've gone round the far end of the reservoir. One other review suggests that the car park is small but there's enough space for 25 - 30 cars and as a regular visitor I've rarely seen anyone needing to park outside on the road. There's also a suggestion that the car park closes at 4.30pm - it doesn't, there is no gate. I think this time relates to the garden centre just up the road."
