From our experience, this is not a popular lunchtime venue, and I can see why. Service was woeful despite there only being one other table seated. We heard the kitchen ring for service (twice), and watched the waiter procrastinate before bringing our food. We were tempted to collect it ourselves!
We would have omitted the service charge from the receipt but we weren't confident the waiter would know how... plus it just feels like it achieves little other than to upset someone's day.
The sandwiches were misdescribed (they arrived toasted, which was not as described).
The bottom burger bun simply disintegrated. I don't know that I've ever had to eat a burger with a knife and fork before!!
I imagine this place would be nice outside in the sunshine, and I'm guessing the staffing might improve for evening service..."
