"We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The hotel lobby was under construction, but the check-in was still smooth as can be.
First off - everything in this property is clean. The room, the casino, and the restaurants were all super clean.
Secondly - the staff were fantastic and super friendly. We spoke, and laughed, with people working the players club, the casino, and the bingo. All were superb.
Thirdly - the room is very well set-up. The only critique I have is that the bathroom doesn't really get the airflow that the rest of the room does and can get stuffy. But the beds were AMAZING and the room had everything you could need.
Finally - this place is fun! The casino is great. Cosmic Bingo was insanely cool. And it's themed Route 66 everywhere!!
Other notes - no alcohol on the casino floor, but they do provide complimentary soda & coffee and there are plenty of restaurants serving liquor. Also, there is no alcohol allowed in the rooms which wasn't clear prior. It didn't matter for us, but is something they should make more clear so that travellers are aware of the policy."

"Im a strange one, I can't eat anything spicy. So I always have to ask, do you have something bland that I can eat? I can't use even table pepper. They said they had a chef there that makes a delicious turkey sandwich, that has cheese, turkey, lettuce and tomato. I said can you put onions and avocado too? The chef did exactly what I wanted and it was the most delicious taste sandwich. So now when I do stop at the Route 66 casino and eat at the Mexican restaurant I will ask to see if Sammy is working there. When she is there, I tell the waitress it's your female truck driver stopping in for the Sammy Turkey sandwich. Ive never stayed at this hotel as I sleep in my truck."

"This hotel casino was really nice. The room was clean and very comfortable. Both restaurants had really good food and the service and staff were really fast and friendly. Cecilia in the thunder road restaurant was friendly and all around so helpful. I would definitely recommend visiting this casino resort. The casino was clean and nicely ran. We had a great experience here!"
