Any good practice spots for Roller Skating?
Hey y'all! I'm looking for some good skate spots to practice roller skating. I had a longboarding accident a few years ago and I'm getting back on wheels to help overcome some anxieties that I've developed towards skating. I fell in love with roller skating again but I'm…

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise The Edge Skate Park for its well-designed features, including challenging bowls and a variety of obstacles suitable for different skill levels. The welcoming community atmosphere is a significant plus, especially for beginners. However, some note the concrete can be rough, and amenities like nearby drink vendors are scarce.
"Amazing lines, high, and low boxes for experience, smooth concrete, lots of space, flat bars beginner to more experienced. Ledges smaller too higher. Large pyramid with euro gap as well as hip transfers all through out the park, well placed coping still running strong after 20 years parks made very well. Shaded areas with a pavilion.
On the opposite side theirs a bigger mickey mouse bowl maybe 12ft or bigger and smaller end maybe 5 or 6 ft rounded metal coping. Beside this is an experience from beginner and higher level bowl with a spine transfer and vertical roll about float not sure what it's called exactly it's nice and high though great concave.
With the age I've noticed spots that have been patched so theirs no pressure cracks pretty smooth fill in maybe 2 or 3 spots."

"The cement is very rough, you lose a lot of speed. You really need big soft wheels to take advantage of the park. Seems like it hasn't been taken care of in awhile, lots of trash and debris at the bottom of the bowls. Most of the park is aimed at advanced skaters. Other than that it's pretty good. If you're pretty advanced you got plenty to work with."

"This park was so fun, especially for someone who isn't riding bikes at an advanced level. The only con I had was the random music playing on the park speakers. I definitely want to come back. The only thing that would make this park better is if there was a gas station close to get drinks."
