I also want to highlight Lacy, the manager. She is incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something, she responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service truly makes a difference, and Lacy definitely sets the standard here.

"I had a great experience touring and leasing here! My tour started right on time, which I really appreciated—no waiting around! Shara helped me during my visit and she was amazing. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me several options that fit exactly what I needed. Even though she seemed super busy (I could see stacks of files on her desk!), she made me feel like I was her main focus the entire time.
My husband couldn’t make it to the tour, but she took the time to talk with him on the phone and answer all his questions too. I think I even kept her a little past office hours, but she never rushed me and made sure I felt comfortable with everything!
Kayla was also really helpful when I had questions about the online application process.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that sometimes when I’ve called the office, no one answered. But Shara always follows up quickly through text and has been super responsive.
Overall, it’s been a really good experience so far, and the community seems great. Can’t wait to move in!"
