"According to what I read, this is a historic part of route 66, and as we saw several shops, you can sit down and eat or have drinks not to mention the paintings on the walls. Nice few blocks to see when you pass by"

"This review is dedicated to my older sister, Jeri, who passed last year 🥺. I love and miss you sis, no matter how stubborn we both are!! ❤️
I know my sister went on her cross country adventure with a friend of hers while she was still unemployed and to think I was in some of the same exact places that she was just blows my mind 🤯🤯!
I went to Amarillo Route66 after seeing it listed in the local attractions and recalling the stories from her trip. I’m sure it looks completely different than when she went, but it was a must see before heading back home.
It was later, around 7:00 pm and most shops were closed but I did manage to get some pics from the journey! The wall art on various buildings is pretty cool to see too!!"
