What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Denver Downs Farm is a highly-rated fall destination offering a wide array of activities for all ages, from its famous corn maze to pig races and flower picking. Visitors praise the family-friendly atmosphere and the abundance of things to do, though some find the regular admission price a bit high given the extra costs for certain attractions. Planning ahead with online tickets is recommended for the best value.
"We visited the farm and had a great time! I purchased the discounted sale tickets before they opened, and I definitely recommend doing the same — at that rate, it’s totally worth it. Otherwise, I do feel the regular price is a bit on the overpriced side.
My family had a blast — my 4-year-old, 11-year-old, and even our 7-month-old baby enjoyed it! We especially loved the pig race and the frozen cider (so good!).
Overall, a fun family experience, but I’d suggest catching it on sale to get the best value."

"We came here on Friday, October 18th, with a 10-year-old, a two-year-old, two 30-year-olds and us old folks in our 60s.
There were plenty of gates open so we walked right in. We had pre-purchased our tickets And I think that helped to expedite our entry a good bit as there was a line just for online ticket purchasers. We also pre-purchased 6 bags of animal feed and that was given to us after we walked through the gate by a sheriff's deputy.
This place was perfect for our group. There were so many swings, slides, rides, balls, parks, playgrounds, bubble pits , corn maze, and food vendors. You could get a corn dog, a chili dog, lemonade, beer, wine, drinks anything that you need to keep your belly happy while the kids play.
Our kids ran around until they were exhausted, and there was still plenty more activitiea that they didn't even do so this will require a second visit. This was by far the best choice for our group to do.
The weather was perfect and and we got to take advantage of the fire pits and making snores while listening to live music.
Plenty of restroom facilities available; as well as hand wash stations.
Dog friendly.
The only downside was that I don't feel that there were enough animals to feed and six bags of food; five bags too many. I did return the unused bags to the gatekeeper/deputy and asked him to please hand these out to a child who looks like they would love it but didn't purchase it.
They also had mums and pumpkins available for purchase.
Plenty of parking , and they had parking attendants to help guide cars."

"An absolutely wonderful place to take your family! There was so much to do and the staff was very nice. So many fun activities for people of all ages to do. Well worth the ticket price as you can spend an entire day there and keep your family entertained. We enjoyed everything from the little rides, corn maze, obstacle activities, games, pig race, food stand, funnel cakes, pumpkin patch and gift shop! :)
My only suggestions is maybe have staff walk the grounds and make sure no one is wreaking havoc on the self monitored activities. There was a group of 3-4 boys approx ages 8-13 ish on the tricycles yelling, cussing, slamming into eachother as they sped around the track and throwing the trikes against eachother and against the wood fence. Yes.. like hurling them. We waited for over 15 min for them to leave but they didnt. It was sad because no one felt safe letting their own younger well behaved children ride on them while those kids were in there and kept turning away to head elsewhere. I was surprised when the boys guardian ( if you can call her that ) showed up, sat on the bench and watched them continue their reckless and rude behavior with no care in the world. So please... have a couple of staff checking on these areas throught the day.
I know we all sign the waiver but people should also be able to enjoy the experience without the appalling behavior.
Also, a dedicated bathrooms area would be nice. Im not sure about others, but when you have little ones the porta-pottys can be a bit difficult.
All that said, it was a great day and so much to do! We look forward to visiting again next fall. Thank you Denver Downs."
