"Again another disappointing experience with this place I used to love it here but this is now the second time lack of communication by the staff derailed an important project of mine. Spent an hour preparing documents that were sent to the printer they stay in queue until you go pay. I was literally sending my last document to the printer it was 4:45P ( they close at 5) and my computer shuts down and reboots itself, thought it was really weird, tried to quickly log into another machine so I could finish and get the documents sent to the printer. No I could NOT LOG ON. I went to ask and this lady says,” oh yeah our systems all automatically shut down about 10 min before we close?!?”
Umm what?! 😤🤯😳 excuse me !?!?!? there was no information about that by the computer or warning on computer or an announcement by staff, I could have lost work as well.
I did sent plenty to print in the HOUR I was working so at least I could get those to work on tonight, I just needed to swipe my credit card and hit print all. Head to the printer, This is ALSO SHUT DOWN, yet the library is still open, and I cannot even print my documents that are sitting in queue-
Mind blown and all that work and I can't even take any home.
Very frustrating this place needs way better communication and maybe allow an exception to at least print the documents I spent an hour on!! And. as a normal customer service courtesy seemed like the right thing to do, after all you were not closed yet."
