"The short but narrow and overgrown trail was closely guarded by hundreds of unusually large and aggressive spiders, when I was there. Had to twist and limbo around them, often coming with an inch or two of these lively dark creatures. They shook and dropped down. It was pretty freaky."

"This is a National park just outside the Hell's Canyon area there is very meager interpretive iformation. There was not any signs that explains the history of the area. The petroglyphs are along side of a road that follows the Snake River. The petroglyphs are fairly difficult to get to because you have to clamber up and around very big boulders. It is not handicap accessible. We there taking pictures for about an hour and were the only people there, because of the remoteness, rocks, proximity to the river and lack of cell service made us, older folks, apprehensive about our actions, but we had wonderful time observing the history and speculating about what it all meant."
