Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Three Bridges Oak Preserve for its well-maintained trails, beautiful oak groves, and family-friendly atmosphere. It's a popular spot for dog walkers and offers a rewarding scenic overlook. Some note potential for mosquitoes at sunset and challenging creek crossings after rain.

"Nice little hike was low 40s when I got there around 8:30am. Moderate incline going up."

Van G

"This is a nice, short, out and back trail with a little loop in the center. I stopped to take a jog break from my LA to Bay Area drive. It's a solid climb, but gradual enough that it's good for running... Not a knee buster. I was there as the sun was setting so it was pretty, but a bit mosquito filled. But that was just more incentive to run faster! At the top there is a lovely view, and a sign that helps you know what you are seeing."

Ron Goodman

"Three Bridges Trail is a nice little hike in the oaks, with educational signage and kiosks along the way. Be sure to make your way all the way to the top, for a great view of Atascadero. Be aware, it may be difficult to cross the creek, during rainy season. The walk through the oaks preserve is very peaceful and the informative signs along the trail, make it all the more interesting. Get out and check it out."
