Spring has sprung all over Texas! Sally and I had the opportunity to visit the East Texas Arboretum in Athens and it was beautiful! If you have the opportunity to be out and about this weekend, make time to visit the public gardens and independent nurseries in your area! There are no prettier flowers than spring flowers and no better weather to enjoy them! #PlantHappinessYall @gotexan Get m...

"Amazing little spot in Athens that is well worth the time to visit. Two wonderful hiking trails through beautiful native Texas landscape. We enjoyed being able to take the pooch along on the hike.

There are plenty of benches all along the trail, so no need to worry about getting tired. If you do not want to do the hike, there are plenty of other things to take a look at along the front of the grounds that you will certainly find enjoyable as well."
