"I have been shopping here for 3 years. Ive always loved it there, but today was different. @3:50pm on Saturday, I came in and was greeted. I said hello, no problem there, but i couldnt find an oil that i got last time there. The girl acted like she didnt know what i was talking about, so i explained it to her. I know products change often, but the way she was acting was like i didnt know what i was talking about. Then proceeded to say the only body oil we have is right there after the third time explaining it to her. It was the oil i wanted, but too big, i asked her if it was all you had and she acted like i was inconveniencing her. Thats poor service. Im in retail so i know what uts like,so i was being nice, she should have given me the kindness. Her vibe was way off, it made me uncomfortable and so I left after buying the big bottle. Normally i stick around to see whats new, but her negative vibe filled the room."
