"I lease a 2024 jeep wrangler and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Stellantis shows no sympathy, they just care about getting their money every month. No courtesy loaners. They launched a new update for Jeep wranglers that caused all Jeeps to lose power and the check engine lights to come on. They towed the vehicle and said they’re working on launching a new update to fix the bug. Still I have no replacement vehicle to get to work. Never ever buy a vehicle from this company. Thank God I leased it and these 2 years cannot go fast enough."

"I purchased a 2025 Ram 2500 limited September 17th. On September 23rd it was placed the the shop for an exhaust system issue and check engine light less than 700 miles, Its October 9th I was told they dont have a solution at this time and Ram engineers are working on finding a fix but they have no timeline to when this will be. The least Ram could do is get me a loaner truck till its figured out but that seems to be to difficult of a task for Ram Care. Hope this review helps others see how the customer is treated when an warranty issue occurs."

My Jeep experience has been a complete horror story, and the Flatbush Avenue service station in Brooklyn played a central role in this disaster.
-The first Jeep dealership (Route 18) refused to fix my car but held it for 30 days.
-The second station refused to work on it because it was electric, but kept it for 21 days.
-Finally, I brought it to the Flatbush Avenue Jeep service station in Brooklyn. They kept it for 6 weeks, only for Jeep corporate to call me later saying the car had been “picked up.” The truth? It was stolen while in their custody.
To make matters worse:
-The Flatbush Avenue Jeep service station never reported the theft to police.
-When I tried to file a police report myself, I was told it was a “civil matter.”
-Jeep corporate refused to trace or locate the vehicle, abandoning me completely.
So not only was my car stolen, but I was left without help, support, or accountability from Jeep. I faced the consequences alone: endless phone calls, insurance battles, legal headaches, and no vehicle.
This wasn’t a mistake — it was gross negligence. Jeep service stations and the manufacturer failed at every level: holding my car for months without repair, losing track of it, refusing to report its theft, and then washing their hands of the entire situation.
⚠️ DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE STATION OR JEEP CORPORATE. They are reckless, unprofessional, and will leave you stranded with devastating consequences.
