What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Moody Amphitheater's wonderful outdoor setting and the excellent acoustics, noting that there isn't a bad seat in the house. The friendly and helpful staff, along with the beautiful Waterloo Park, are frequently highlighted positives. However, the intense summer heat and the high cost of parking are recurring drawbacks.
"Easy to find parking on the street, if you don’t mind a short walk.
Finding seats on the lawn was a little crowded, but that’s expected for GA lawn seats! Show up earlier and bring a beach towel if you’re concerned about where you’re going to sit! The music could be heard anywhere in the venue, so there’s not really a bad seat, in my opinion!
Went here for a Teddy Swims Concert, it was a great layout in general and concert ended by 10/10:15p per the city laws"

"My fiancee and I saw Teddy Swims on 8/6 and he obviously put on a phenomenal show, as expected. But with it being august, I feel like they should take extra precautions for the heat and concert goers. Like fans or misters, if not both! Besides that it was an excellent first time experience!"

"We took Uber but if you don't mind paying for parking, there are garages available close by. You can walk 5 to 10 mins or use pedicabs for $20. Amphitheatre setting is wonderful, drinks are close and easy view from the lawn chair or any seats in the venue. We had front row seats. Blues October was fantastic. They performed for over 2 1/2 hour. Best concert we have been to. No need to get there too early, the stuff were wonderful and we got in very quickly."
