"One of my favorite spots in town and it's hardly ever busy! There is a beach where you can swim, benches, shaded picnic tables, trees, a sidewalk, and a playground. There is some workout equipment as well but it's not near the playground or beach.
*ONE WARNING AND TIP: Wear water shoes because I pulled a glass shard out of my toddler's foot and another little girl also cut her foot and it was bleeding while I was there. We now wear water shoes and have no issues 🙂"

"Excellent park to take your kids to especially if you're looking for some shade. Playground equipment is new ish. Plenty of benches and benches and pavilions with picnic tables only downside. I can think of is that the bathrooms are occasionally locked and there's no showers to rinse off from the lake water. Other than that it's amazing perfect spot for a picnic party we're just hanging out with the kids."
