"Beautiful park with a great campground and cabins. Most sites have water access and all have electric. Nice bathrooms and a huge beach. We have camped here many times and are planning another trip."

"A hidden gem on Long Island — peaceful, clean, and beautiful!
We visited Robert Moses State Park on a Monday, and it was absolutely perfect. The beach was incredibly clean, the ocean was calm and relaxing, and best of all — there were very few people, which made the whole experience feel peaceful and almost private.
It’s a wonderful place if you’re looking to escape the city and enjoy nature without the crowds.
Right nearby, there’s a beautiful lighthouse you can walk to — and along the way, we found wild blackberries and other delicious berries growing in the sand dunes and bushes. It felt like a little adventure in the middle of summer.
Highly recommend this spot for a quiet weekday getaway. Bring a towel, a book, and maybe a container for berries!"

"Ah, the beach ⛱️ 😎 😍 Not only is it the beach, it's a South Shore Ocean Beach 😀
The beach, Robert Moses, is an awesome place to relax, unwind, collect some sun 🌞 see the sights, and get into that Ocean Beach water.
The sand is great. It isn't rocky or seaweed infested like a couple of other South Shore beaches.
R.M.S.P. is truly a little getaway for a few hours when time permits.
I don't often get the opportunity to take a few hours out, but when I am able, I want as much value for my time as I can get. After all time is the most precious commodity.
I'm looking forward to the next time that I go."
