"Love the conservancy and all the work they do for the island. They don't have a lot in way of animals: frogs snails, couple snakes, tortoises, but it's educational and awareness driven. It's worth a little pop-un and a small donation if you wish."
Dawn Harris
"We did a workshop for Girl Scouts that taught us about sea turtles and how to help protect them. The facility was nice and it was a great program. The kids had lots of fun. We took the ferry from Southport, which is $11 for kids and $23 for adults. There are no cars on the island except for special permits, so they had a tram. to take us across to the Conservancy. It was a great day and fun experience."
Kristen Burch
"If you want to visit this island, make sure to get the early morning ferry, and rent a golf cart. Pretty sure this place had a lot to offer, but we couldn't do much because we came at 4:00 pm, and rentals close at 4:00! There is only so much you can cover on foot"
