"Well good afternoon, I decided to give you back a 3 star rating. I see a little change in the city not a lot but enough to satisfy me. I rode around on several of your city buses this morning not the best but they were on point meaning I did not wait no more then 10 minutes. Well it is approaching the end of black history month, the people of Baltimore City are not very happy that I butts in like I do, when they see me they do not look to be happy to see me coming both men and women, blacks and whites, who cares, I have no real friends in the city, They said you need friends Baltimore City see it different when comes to me, they only making me a strong person because I looks on the right side of things, I like how I am and if they don't then step aside. I am not going anywhere and I plan on living my life the best way that I can and if they don't like it so what, keep ignoring me like you are doing and move on. I am loving it, then things should be moving in the right way. Rest in peace daddy, I got your back. I love you. OK, I don't have much to complain about today, I will always be on top of it. Stay Safe and Take Care."

"Several attempts to reach mayor Brandon Scott without success. In pigtown Baltimore City there is no law enforcement at all. The drug addicts and drug dealers are left to do what they want. There are abandoned buildings behind my house that they are staying in. There are needles everywhere that I have to pick up. Every time I call the police they don't show up. So I had to ask them to leave which resulted in them shooting the windows out of my house. This is a serious public safety issue and pure neglect."
