"Beautiful park within the chaos of Downtown. Pet friendly. Good air. Park feels like it's actually on the hill. The view is fantastic, I've attached photos from the top of the park.
The only downside is the washroom which wasn't available there.

"This park is one of the most beautiful part of Baltimore, a city which is very beautiful with an Innerharbor right in the middle. It's a bit of a climb to the top hill to reach the park. Views from this location is amazing. you can watch the whole city in one shot. Photographers will love this location as well. Children have a play ground at the top and families will be seen always. A very relaxing place. Kids should be careful on the slopes."
