"Part of the Brooklyn academy of music family and otherwise known as the Harvey theater . My wife had been here before from Brooklyn she has experienced some fabulous places and this is one of them . Walking in here you are taking a tour to the past and what a sight ! While watching a new performance it contrasted with the rusted elegance of what once was . Our first stop was the Adam E. Max gathering space otherwise known as Bam Cafe we had beverages while we waited to enter this great theater. It's a non-profit and can be rented by community groups , commercial and non-profit groups."

"This is a really nice theater! I sat in the Balcony (A13) and had a great view of the stage. The lobby had tables and chairs for you to sit while you wait for the house to open, along with a small art gallery you could peruse. There were bathrooms on the first floor that were super nice and the staff was very kind. A great experience overall!"

"Loved "Streetcar Named Desire" at this fantastic theatre. Great venue. No seat too far! This particular performance is spectacular . Patsy Ferran as Blanche ... a powerhouse! Paul Mescal as Stanley... magnificent. Standout percussionist/doctor Tom Penn. Jabez Sykes... what a dancer!! Amazing timing and some nice surprises throughout."
