"Son’s graduation was held here. It was a nice location. Parking was surprisingly not hard to find, the lines were organized and moved fairly quickly. The people who worked there were professional and pleasant. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. There was enough space inside and out, for celebrations and festivities. Let’s face it graduations can be a bit of a bore, but Parson’s New School graduation of 2025 was fun and hype. By far the most celebration I’ve done at at actually ceremonious graduation."

"I’m visiting the city and attended a concert at Barclays Center this evening. Upon arrival, we were greeted by security, and everything seemed fine at first. The show was scheduled to start at 8:00 PM but didn’t begin until 9:25 PM, which was already frustrating.
I chose not to eat or drink beforehand because I wanted to enjoy something during the show. Around 9:15 PM, I managed to grab a pretzel and a beer. When I went back at 10:20 PM for something more, I was shocked to find that everything was already shutting down. When I asked if any food courts were still open on other levels, I was told that they had already called last call and no one could help me. There was no announcement or heads-up that concessions would be closing that early—especially disappointing given the late start and the show running until 11:45 PM.
On top of that, the constant interruptions from ushers running up and down the aisles—looking for people smoking or standing—made it hard to enjoy the performance. Everyone around us looked annoyed. I was already hungry and thirsty, and this just added to my frustration. When we left we noticed that 99.9% of the staff were rude and yelling at people to get out.
My group and I left feeling disappointed and unappreciated as customers. We’re now heading elsewhere to get food and rehydrate—somewhere that actually values its patrons. I was seated in Section 218, and for what I paid, I honestly would’ve rather spent more to enjoy a better experience at another venue.
If you're attending a concert here, arrive with a full stomach and drink plenty of water. Don't count on the venue to accommodate your needs. I won’t be returning, and I recommend you go elsewhere."
