What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Hyannis Harbor Hotel generally receives positive marks for its excellent location, proximity to ferries and Main Street, and friendly staff. Guests appreciate the amenities like the pool and fire pit. However, some reviews mention issues with pillow comfort, noise disturbances, and inconsistent cleanliness, particularly in the pool area. The value for money can be a point of contention for some, especially for higher-priced rooms with less desirable views.
"If you set your expectations based on a 3-star hotel as advertised, you’ll be happy.
The good:
* Location is excellent. It is close to the fairy and a 12 minute walk to down town Main Street.
* Numerous restaurants near by (walking distance)
* Nice fire pit, pool, hot tub, and other amenities.
* Mattress was comfortable.
* Shower had plenty of pressure and hot water.
* Coffee machine in front lobby (pods) produced some good coffee.
* Staff was friendly.
Opportunity for improvement:
* Pillows varied in fullness but they were all uncomfortable.
* If your room is by the ice machine or back hall door, you will be interrupted throughout the night.
* Hotel does not offer or include a free breakfast.
All in all, we would stay here again. Keep your expectations in check and you’ll be happy."

"We drove in late at night having just landed in Boston. We had no idea what to expect. The hotel was directly across from the Hyline Ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vinyard. We ate breakfast at The Landing, a cafe across the street, before boarding the ferry to Nantucket. The hotel was clean and quiet. We had a nice balcony that we could have used if we had gotten there earlier. If you like pubs/taverns, there is a pub down the street, 19th Hole Tavern that I recommend. CASH ONLY. The bartender, Bob, was great. Drinks were great and the tavern is like you are stepping back in time to a tavern in Boston. Great atmosphere."

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again."
