Reviews Summary

Hyannis Harbor Hotel generally receives positive marks for its excellent location, proximity to ferries and Main Street, and friendly staff. Guests appreciate the amenities like the pool and fire pit. However, some reviews mention issues with pillow comfort, noise disturbances, and inconsistent cleanliness, particularly in the pool area. The value for money can be a point of contention for some, especially for higher-priced rooms with less desirable views.

"If you set your expectations based on a 3-star hotel as advertised, you’ll be happy.

The good:
* Location is excellent. It is close to the fairy and a 12 minute walk to down town Main Street.
* Numerous restaurants near by (walking distance)
* Nice fire pit, pool, hot tub, and other amenities.
* Mattress was comfortable.
* Shower had plenty of pressure and hot water.
* Coffee machine in front lobby (pods) produced some good coffee.
* Staff was friendly.

Opportunity for improvement:
* Pillows varied in fullness but they were all uncomfortable.
* If your room is by the ice machine or back hall door, you will be interrupted throughout the night.
* Hotel does not offer or include a free breakfast.

All in all, we would stay here again. Keep your expectations in check and you’ll be happy."

"The Hyannis Harbor Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Cape Cod. It’s very well located, right across from the harbor, making it easy to access the ferries, restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions in Hyannis. You can walk everywhere, which makes the stay even more enjoyable and convenient.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with cozy beds and a relaxing atmosphere. The entire property is well maintained, with modern decor and thoughtful details that make you feel at home. The pool and lounge areas are also great for relaxing after a day exploring the area.

The service is outstanding — the staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. It’s clear that they truly care about providing guests with a great experience.

One of the best things about this hotel is its affordable price, especially considering the quality of the service, the comfort of the rooms, and the perfect location.

Whether you’re visiting for business or vacation, the Hyannis Harbor Hotel offers everything you need for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Highly recommended!"

"We stayed in early October, hot tub, and pools were already closed. Our room was in the older hotel and faced the kitchen/parking lot. We didn't care about the view. They only had the fire pits on on the weekends. Location is great if you plan to take the Ferries to Martha's or Nantucket. Purchase tickets ahead as they do sell out early even during off season. They have a Keurig coffee machine in the front hotel area. Also had sugar and creamer, ONLY complaint about the coffee is that they need the little cup holders as the coffee is hot. They do have additional fees so read the fine print."
