Visitors appreciate the walking trails, playground, and opportunities for nature observation. However, some mention occasional concerns about safety due to the presence of homeless individuals and inconsistent restroom cleanliness.
"Well kept and mode. It can be sketchy due to the presence of the homeless. Playground and exercise equipment in good shape. I see lots of fishing in this area and dog wallets. Restrooms are locked at night and are usually clean but not consistently."

"Love this old park......if you love nature and a little walking, this is the park. One of my favorite parks for getting the opportunity to capture (Camera) some of the Beautiful bird's that migrate through or that just stay in our community. It also has exercise equipment, playground for the children, walking trails, great place to walk your pup with lot's of shade tree's and you can also do a bit of fishing if you so desire."
Lisa Martin
"Great place to catch some shade on a hot Oklahoma day without any undesirables hanging around. Well maintained and patrolled regularly both times I've been there. Great place to excersise the dog."
