Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise Wolf Park for its knowledgeable and passionate staff, who provide incredible insights into wolf behavior and conservation. The opportunity to see wolves, coyotes, foxes, and bison up close is a major highlight, with many cherishing the experience. While some note that animals can be sleeping during midday tours, the educational value and the park's non-profit mission are highly appreciated.

"We took the Save Wolves Save the Wilderness tour and it was incredible!! Our tour guide Katie was so knowledgeable, kind, and very willing to answer all of our questions. We got to see all the wolves up close(and hear them howl!) as well as the bison and red/grey foxes. The animals are all very well taken care of and happy. It was truly an unforgettable experience and I’m going to cherish it forever. We will definitely be back!"

Livia Lindsey

"The park staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was a little disappointing because all the animals were sleeping. We did get to see a couple wolves, but they were sleeping kinda far away. The bison (also sleeping) have a large area and the wild enclosures seemed small. The biggest one was under construction while we were there so they weren't doing howl night. We went at the 1pm tour so maybe going for the earliest or latest tour is the better idea. When you book they do warn you that you may or may not see things. It's a non-profit.
Gift shop is nice."

"One of the most interesting exploring adventures you can have.
Return visit for me with family in tow for their first time.
Friendly interns and staff are prepared to share knowledge and experiences from their time with wolves, foxes, bison and the habitat.
Make no mistake, we're dealing with wild animals and they are unpredictable though mildly social with staff (required for research and animal health).
The setting is as native/natural as possible without putting guests or animals at risk.
The facility organizes all sorts of activities to teach and allow interactions. Get the schedule and plan ahead.
You might guess, I'm a huge fan since it's a return visit with new guests every time and this is my fifth time.
It's still exceeds my expectation.
Papa G approved"
