"Uptown Bay City has got to be a model city! Being on the river of Saginaw Bay, you see large ships come through. The town area has a park and band shell which puts on amazing free concerts June - August 20. Grab your lawn chairs and join everyone. Easy free parking, even bus service. All the buildings are full of businesses. Coffee shop, hand made candy, bakeries, all kinds of restaurants, a lot have outside seating. Clothing stores, Delta college even has a planetarium with a different show every day twice a day $5! Many of the stores have remodeled upstairs that rent out upscale apartments.
Some people were pretty smart when they organized all that!!"
