Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Frog Bay Tribal National Park for its stunning natural beauty, secluded beach, and peaceful atmosphere. Many appreciate the opportunity to experience this sacred land managed by the Red Cliff Band. Some note that trails can be more challenging than expected and insect repellent is a must.

"Miigwitch to the Red Cliff Band for making this park available to the public! There are 3 levels of trails to get to the water, and we meant to take the easy one but ended up taking the harder trail because it was the most obvious one with a nice bridge leading into the forest. :) The easier trail that goes directly to the water is an old road and is a few yards back from where you park and where the signs are. We started our hike pretty late in the evening and it got dark quickly as the forest got denser so we turned around. Also bring bug spray, the mosquitoes were intense!"

Ramona Danielson

"This is a gem of a hike. I recommend hiking the full loop starting at the wooden walkway. It meanders through the woods and down into the ravine and connects to a short trail to a beautiful secluded beach. We only saw one other couple during the entire hike; it was very quiet and peaceful."

Sharon Miller

"Wonderful trail through the woods, very scenic. Horse flies are a bit bad but the right clothes takes care of that, the views from the beach make it all worth while"
