Going on a solo trip, things to do?
I’m thinking about going spend a couple days and was wondering if there are any fun things to do on weekdays? I’m gonna check out some restaurants of course but are there any events? Good dive bars? Pools maybe? Any area where I’d feel safe alone as I’d be going by myself.

"Lots of wildlife here! Bring plenty of water and sunscreen as the trails are exposed. I'd also recommend closed toe shoes due to the gravel on the trails and the chance for alligators and venomous snakes."

"We had a wonderful time at Cattail Marsh. We went into the building and learned so much about all of the birds from Ken Guidry. He offered us a tour of the marsh which was a wonderful time. Ken knows so much about the Marsh and pointed out all of the birds. I highly recommend visiting Cattail Marsh!!!"

"I love going to yoga here! It’s so relaxing and rejuvenating. The Saturday morning classes hosted by the City of Beaumont are free to all! The best way to start off my weekend. 💛💛
Afterwards, you can take a walk with your dog around the park and probably see some alligators. 🐊"
