However, some reviews mention issues with ground maintenance and grave site upkeep, leading to disappointment for those seeking pristine conditions.
"Created an upright granite monument and a cameo picture for my mom's resting place in 2011.
They delivered it to the cemetery out of town and set everything up beautifully.
Gave details on product information and service selections and options available. I found what I needed within my budget and on time as scheduled."

"I took my Aunt (77 yrs old) to see her Father’s, Uncle’s, and Brother’s grave sites and we were unable to find her brothers after searching for quite awhile we drove over to the office and Netta helped me. We were still unable to find the gravesite but, Netta went above and beyond! She told us she would research the records and would place the flowers on the grave and send us a picture! I am so thankful that she sent us this picture and I truly feel like she went above and beyond!"

"My sister is buried here in the Serenity mausoleum and I love it. They were really helpful when it came to payment plans as well. They didn't hassle for a late payment either. It's the outside mausoleum and it doesn't smell like the inside mausoleum if you've ever been to one and it's shaded so when you go to visit a loved one it isn't hot (the mausoleum)."
