What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Beaverton City Park for its delightful splash fountain and imaginative playground, making it a hit with families. While generally well-maintained, occasional issues with restroom closures and scattered trash have been noted. The park offers a pleasant atmosphere for picnics and casual outings.
"This was a very neat place to stop and play on our way back from the library. The water feature is very attractive and was the main reason we stopped. The kids were delighted to find an adorable playground beside it. I doubt going here could ever get old, it's very close to a lot of cool shops, restaurants and a church."
Rochelle Wafer
"I was very disappointed with my visit to this park. The restrooms were closed, and there was trash scattered all over the ground. On top of that, there were several homeless people living in tents inside the park, which made it feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The park is not being taken care of properly, and it’s definitely not a pleasant place to spend time."
Hasib Yadgar
"Not as big as I thought it was but decent size. It’s near the library so parking is a plenty but there are a lot of one ways around it. A few homeless people live there but it’s not ghetto or trashy there. It’s a well kept park. There’s a boat shaped jungle gym in a wood chip play area. There’s also a splash pad and a little green area. Cute for a picinic. Half is shaded half isn’t"
