"I got married at Lory State Park and it was magical! The stage was perfect for our vows and we had plenty of room for seating. A rainbow even made an appearance after the ceremony! Wonderful venue and I can’t say enough good things. The park is close enough to FC that guests were able to stay in town and it’s far out enough for beautiful views and photo ops. If you decide to have a wedding or any party here, I do recommend bringing a portable handwashing station (we found ours on Amazon)."

"Thought it was a beautiful Park. The Atur’s Peak trail was moderate but very doable. There is a steep and rocky spur trail that could be considered strenuous or difficult. This trail will take you to the top but it is short and the views are well worth it."
