We are on our honeymoon and have spent the past month traveling through hotels of the same level, but nowhere have we been treated as exceptionally as here.
Kirsten, from Marketing, made everything seamless and welcoming. Stuart, at the entrance, is honestly one of the most delightful people we’ve ever met—he has a genuine gift with guests, and he made us feel so cared for from the very first moment. Lucy, from Room Service, has been so kind and attentive, always making us feel spoiled in the best way. And Michael, from Concierge, was simply spectacular. Whatever we asked for, he managed to make it happen, always with such warmth and professionalism.

"My boyfriend and I visited last week for the long Labor Day weekend and wow… incredible. Check in was smooth and our agent was so kind. She welcomed us warmly and got us taken care of promptly.
The room - amazing. Spacious and very modern. The best part? Housekeeping! Literally any time you leave your room they are just waiting to come back in and refresh anything and everything. I was so thoroughly impressed that I asked the desk how they managed to do that! I have been a front office manager for a luxury resort before and this place has got it nailed. Everyone could take notes!
Valet - also amazing. Always prompt. Always welcoming. Never had to wait more than 3 minutes for our vehicle. Just a really great group of guys!
Overall, I was so happy with our stay. It was a lovely weekend visiting the West Coast and we’ll definitely be back someday!
