"IP has always been great for me. From when I was a child and stayed here often with my grandparents playing in the pool to now being an adult and bringing my own kids here. I had a HORRIBLE experience at the scarlet pearl, they basically turned me down because I had more kids with me (niece and nephew) but they were only staying for a few hours until they can check into their hotel at the beau rivage. But scarlet wouldn’t let us get a room because there was “too many people”. It was 12am and I urgently got a room at the IP and they were not only cheaper but so friendly and welcoming to us and the kids and understood that my sister, niece, and nephews will be leaving to check into their hotel in a few hours. IP was booked Sunday at 2pm check in but they allowed a room to us as soon as possible when one opened at 4am!!!
So we had to sleep in the car until then with the kids mind you my son is 3 months old and scarlet did not care we traveled so long and late to be turned down over “too many people in the room”. The scarlet pearl I booked for Saturday- tues. we got there Saturday night and went into Sunday morning at 12am so my room for Saturday at scarlet wasn’t even used. Hopefully I will get my refund for that.
Anyways thank you IP for caring and taking care of us. Thank you Mr. Will at check in for being so kind to us on a very rough night. I’ll always love this place. They are clean, kind, professional, and the adult and kids entertainment is superb!"

"This was a birthday trip to me and I must say this hotel is beautiful!!! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. The roof top pool with the jumbotron was definitely my favorite area. You can swim and watch games. I do wish that they would consider having movies at night for adults to swim up and enjoy."

"Truthfully I don’t go to casinos but my friend lives them. We agreed if they had a good band we would stay. Well saw the band Fever Dream and they were so amazing! We stayed all night and had such a good time time! Thanks for being more than just a casino…staff were great, drinks were good and entertainment galore and had a blast!"
