"This place is a gem. The staff was attentive, the room was beautiful and had an amazing view. I wished I had taken pictures of everything. My favorite part of my experience was the rooftop pools and multiple hot tubs inside and outside of the hotel. Again the views are spectacular, especially when the sun is rising. I was in awe. The spa is also awesome, and the ladies there were beyond any expectations I had. I can't wait to go back there, when I have the chance. It was a tad expensive, but worth every penny in my opinion. The casino was big and had many gaming options and gambling options as well!!"

"On November 11, 2025, my experience at Monarch Casino transitioned abruptly from that of a loyal, valued guest to one of feeling like a potential criminal, all within a half hour.
I arrived 16 hours prior to my scheduled check-in to enjoy an extended evening of gaming. In the early morning, an unforeseen circumstance required me to cancel my hotel reservation. I then moved to the lobby seating to wait for my scheduled transportation home.
After a long night, I unintentionally nodded off briefly while waiting. I was abruptly awakened by two security staff members, one of whom was unnecessarily rude and accusatory in their manner. This confrontation completely ruined what had been an otherwise great evening.
I dedicate significant time and effort to visit your establishment, and it is deeply disappointing to receive such disrespectful treatment. I urge management to ensure that security personnel are trained to clearly distinguish between a guest who has been gambling all night and simply nods off while waiting for a ride, and someone attempting to use the lobby for public sleeping.
I currently hold another reservation for Monarch next week, but this incident has made me seriously reconsider the value of my time, money, and effort to return. I expect a level of service and respect that reflects the commitment of your patrons."
