"Nice for s short walk, though not exciting or particularly interesting. This is mainly because it is just a straight to-and-from path with no curves or other paths to explore or connect to (at least that I could see). Nonetheless it is nice to have walking/jogging/cycle paths like this!"

There are few old mining items to look at along the trail as well as a section of what I assume was canal for transport. It's too bad they fill the mine entances in. It would be cool to at least look inside."

This is part of the huckleberry trail which connects Christiansburg Rec Center to the Heritage Park in Blacksburg. Good to ride bikes, take strollers, and just walk too. Kids like to take scooters. Little fishing creeks, and areas to get your feet wet. Not a ton of parking."
