Looking for good biking trails
My dad and I just biked through Nyack Beach State Park with our electric bikes. Super fun. We are looking for some other good spots with nice views and not too advanced (Iβm a newbie). We are willing to cross the bridge and leave Rockland if there are nice spots there too.
Check Trail Maps :world_map:
Some walking paths are narrow and less maintained; bike paths are often better.

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Blauvelt State Park for its unique blend of history, art, and nature, particularly its WWI tunnels covered in graffiti. It's a great spot for off-the-beaten-path adventurers and cyclists. However, some trails can be poorly maintained and prone to flooding after rain, requiring proper footwear and preparedness.
"What a cool find! Former WWI underground training facility with miles of tunnels and walls covered with graffiti. Going right after the rain, the trails were flooded in many spots which added to the experience. I enjoyed the experience, the history, the photography, and the nature.
Recommended for WWI history buffs, off the path adventurer seekers, curious explorers, and those with good waterproof boots (if you go after the rain)."
Asher Bronstein
"Fast, chill & flowy, excellent for both beginners and advanced riders looking for a chill flow ride. Some wet spots but nothing that would stop you from riding. Smartly designed trails that flow and retain speed through sections while having no severe consequences and minimal climbing."

"First time here was really nice. Lots of nature, quiet and natural sounds. Great for hiking and just getting away for a day. Bring good bug repellent!!"
