"Parking: Follow Google maps almost all the way to the museum on the IU campus. Find the big red attendant kiosk that says "Permit Parking Only" (or something like that). Drive up to the kiosk and get a ticket from the attendant. For every half hour parked, you pay around $2.50. I stayed for about 2.5 hours and paid $15.
Free admission.
Beautiful museum full of equally gorgeous art. You can spend hours upon hours here. Many student attendants are walking about to help you. Elevator within the building for the 3 floors, but the stairs are pretty flat and easy to walk up if you're able. I recommend you come at least once when you visit Bloomington."
