Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Old Floresta for its historically significant community, featuring charming Addison Mizner homes and beautiful, mature tropical landscaping that evokes 'Old Florida' charm. The neighborhood is noted as a very cool and lovely area for walking or biking, offering a unique aesthetic.

"Old Floresta Historic District is an area off Palmetto Park Road, to the north for about 2 blocks wide by 8 blocks deep. Heavily wooded with old trees and about 30 homes designed by Addison Mizner. A good number have had extensions added as authentic Mizner style homes are small. The area has become younger and younger over the last /0 years with long time and older residents moving elsewhere or passing on. Many of its streets have no sidewalks which is charming but also requires attention when walking your dog or your infant in a stroller."
