The exterior is bleak and neglected, setting the tone for what’s inside: a cold, lifeless mall that feels more like an abandoned office building than a luxury shopping destination. Despite the presence of high-end brands, the entire place feels dated, empty, and soulless. There’s nowhere to sit, no welcoming atmosphere, and nothing about it screams luxury. It’s hard to imagine anyone wanting to spend time or money here. Copley Place feels like it gave up years ago."
