"Great little getaway from Vegas. It was a bit sketchy with the off road terrain, but worth it for sure! My wife and I were secluded, like it was our own little island. The only downfall is that there are alot of coyotes out there. So all throuout night 1 I was chasing them off everytime they came near. When I say "came near" I am talking 15 feet away from my tent. The other thing is make sure to bring bug repellent. I made the mistake of not bringing any, and I was so close to driving back through the rough terrain just to get some spray repellant, it was ugly how many bugs there are out there.
Definitely going back some time soon! 😉👍"

"This was once a beautiful, desert oasis where you could sit back, relax, take a dip to cool off from the intense summer heat that plagues Vegas yearly. All that's left now is a MUDDY, uninviting, drying, difficult to traverse down, dwindling pond. Blame the irresponsible top-heads who handle our water supply, and willingly let the crooked official folk a state over, run it dry because they are too "green" and ignorant to use the ocean that sits next to them. For shame."

"Has a great time with the kids. We came back three days this week. Going to try camping here very soon. Roads unpaved but was just fine for my lowered car. The only downfall was all the trash people leave behind. Disheartening to see people ruining The area. People need to learn to leave an area the way they Arrived in, or better. My family and I took home a couple trash bags filled with other peoples junk."
