It was only three of us, and our photographer was by no means a professional, just a hobbyist. Other than this minor disappointment, the visit was very nice. The staff were helpful and there weren't any other people visiting the property, so we had the grounds to ourselves. I recommend the mansion, just the price was a bit steep for photography. So, go tour the manner, just do no go for the means of photography unless you are willing to pay $200 for an hour. An absolutely beautiful property steeped in history."

"Really cool museum. Stark contrast to the neighborhood around it as this is a very impressive estate. A lot of history, You can learn quite a bit going here. It is nice how they have preserved the styling of the rooms woth period antiques. There is a large lawn where you can relax and occasionally there are events hosted by the city here. Really cool place."

"Came across the Belair Mansion while looking for things to do with my boys on their Christmas break and saw an elf hunt. This was a super cute experience that they enjoyed as well as an opportunity for them to take in some of the local history. Not only was it free but it was highly engaging for my young kids and it seems even the older kids that were there had a great time as well.
The staff mentioned they do several events throughout the year and I’m excited to go back. The home was beautiful and well maintained. Nice to see history preserved AND actually being utilize in a manner that engages the public."
