"Confused about how to rate. The park in the middle of the day was crowded with homeless folks. Not bad in itself - but they completely took the restroom area. A young lady rode in on a bicycle leading in a man in an SUV. She dumped her bike and jumped in his car. They passed us later in the SUV parking under the bridge ... so as far as the walk ... great path; scenic views ... but as far as drug activity, probably prostitution, and general loitering ... not so much. Hate that for this beautiful space."
