"Very nice and educational tour, 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Wear a sweater as Air conditioned. Alot to see and read. On line app to hear narrative on your phone. Also staff explained details. Everyone receives a boarding pass with details of a passenger aboard as first class, second class or third. Memorial wall of those that lived and died. Would recommend seeing."

"Beautiful, beyond words. We went this week with the whole family and we loved it. The staircase makes you think you're stepping onto your real trip on the Titanic, considering it's a 1x1 scale. Videos and photos aren't allowed on the ground floor, so you won't be able to take home a souvenir of the beautiful model there. The staff is super attentive and well-versed in the history of the place."
