Visitors rave about Long Pond Town Beach, highlighting its clear, warm, and shallow waters as perfect for families. The clean sandy shores and the convenience of an ice cream cart add to the positive experience. While some miss the jumping decks, the beach is generally considered one of the best pond beaches around for a safe and enjoyable outing.
"Wonderful pond with clear water. My kids had a blast build castles and digging. The water was warm and pleasant. We were here on Labor day around 130pm and plenty of parking.
The two jumping decks that normally is in the water we're removed and my kids were a little bummed. We still had fun!"

"Clean little local beach, well maintained by the Town of Brewster. Lifeguards on duty in season. There's a ding dong cart (ice cream truck) that makes a couple of visits per day. Safe and fun for the kids and families who are concerned about a reenactment of "Jaws" on the coastal beaches. (You're safe on those beaches too but people are getting nervous given a few incidents on past seasons.)
There's handicapped parking and docks to swim to as well. FYI: You need a town parking pass to park in season (after June 15)."
